Our Process
1. Get in Touch
We would love to hear from you - please use the contact form on the website, email us directly or give us a call. It's not always possible to get to the phone in the workshop or during installations; if this happens please leave a message and we'll get back to you.
If it would help at this stage we can send you an example of a past project which has some similar features to help you confirm whether or not the budget is likely to be a good fit.
2. Book a Design Visit
The next step is to book a Design Visit. Whether your vision for the project is well-developed or at an early stage, this will result in a fixed price quotation and some detailed drawings to help you visualise how the room might look.
3. Production
Once you're happy with all aspects of the design, a 10% deposit books your job a place in our workshop located between Winchester and Romsey, and a 50% invoice will follow when we place your materials orders. We take great pride in our craft in the workshop and hand finish all aspects of your bespoke furniture down to the smallest details such as routed edges, custom cut-outs and fitting top quality door hinges, drawer runners and handles.
4. Installation
The best part! Your bespoke furniture is fitted into your home to exactly fit the space. We aim to make the process as efficient, clean and hassle-free as possible. And, judging by the comments of the rest of our customers, by the time we're done you'll think it 'looks as though it's always been there'.
